Someone told me an hour of tanning outside would be like 5min of tanning in a tanning bed..
Is this true? Don’t post unless you REALLY know and have some proofs.. thanks!

Ten minutes in a tanning bed is like 30 minutes outside, so I guess it would be like you were outside for 15 min. It’s not really going to effect you greatly.
depends on the strength of the bulbs…. if you have light skin and burn easily, 5 minutes can burn your skin pretty bad, if you are in a good bed
