How Would I Pay For An Indoor Tanning Bed Session?

I’m plan on going to an indoor tanning bed (lay down) this week. I’ve been there once but my dad took care of paying for it….

How much will it cost? Do I need an appointment? Is it a one-time walk-in fee or do I have to sign up for an account or something? Do I pay before I enter into the bed for the amount of time? I dunnno…

Thanks.

If you have been there before you probably already have an account or something, but at most places you will need some type of account (and some require an adult to sign you up!)

Cost varies, can be between $8-17 for one session depending on the bed (how high the bulbs are/ how strong) Pretty much everywhere is walk in, you pay before you enter the bed and they program the bed from the computer so all you have to do is go in and hit start!

    Good Luck!

  2. All tanning salons allow you to pay as you go or buy into a yearly contract and tan daily. Alternate between a regular tanning bed and a bronzing bed to deepen your color. The people that work there will guide you as to how to start off and you do pay in advance. Law prohibites tanning more than once a day, due to health-skin reasons. Whatever you do , Always, always wear your goggles!!!!!!! Dont get into a bed without them and close your eyes. You will go blind.

You will just go for the counter. You can ask for a one-time or develop an account. You pay by the minutes. If you tan for 6 min. it could be about $8. If you tan for 12 min it could be about $15. It changes by salon. They will keep your name and phone number in there database usually. You pay before-hand yes.
