Eventually, with enough exposure, this can easily turn into one of the types of skin cancer. It’s so easy to go outside and play in the sun for an appropriate amount of time (which will also get you the amount of vitamin D that humans need). There’s no reason to lie down in a cancer bed unless you’re looking to get on disability or turn into a carrot.
