Does it damage the tanning bed to use baby oil while tanning?

I know baby oil works well while tanning but when I used to go to public tanning salons, they didn’t want me to use it. I now own a bed and don’t want to damage it but does it really damage it or did the tanning salon just want me to buy their lotion?

It generally appears at 2 to 4 days of age and disappears by 1 to 2 weeks of age.A common condition in newborns, jaundice refers to the yellow color of the skin and whites of the eyes caused by excess bilirubin in the blood. Bilirubin is produced by the normal breakdown of red blood cells.
