The owners of these tanning salons wont be able to afford the 10% tax, so the burden of the tax will be handed down to the patrons of the salons. What happened to no tax on small business owners that Mr. Obama promised? The majority of tanning salons in this country aren’t franchised, they are run individually (small business owners). Government Run, I’m with you!
