What Is The BEST Indoor Tanning Bed Lotion Ever?

I love to tan in a tanning bed salon this time of year and I am searching for the ULTIMATE BEST INDOOR TANNING LOTION EVER! I am so tired of the tanning salon employees having no earthly idea what their best lotions are and haven’t even heard of a good one to speak of. I have spent a lot of time searching on the internet, but without trying each individual one I have no idea which ones to choose. Every tanning lotion maker claims that their lotions are the best. I tan fairly easy and I’m not a huge fan of bronzers. (maybe a little bronzing action is okay, but not a lot of them) This is for Experienced Tanners Only Please. I want ya’ll to help me narrow my search. Please Help. Thanks.

Sun is good for you and your best option, but there are creams just ask at the pharmacy or beauty counter.

I don’t like the sizzle lotions, so those are out. There’s one, I forget the name, that has hemp in it. It’s not a bronzer, but an accelerator, and is Hemp something or other. It’s a bit pricey, though. A good cheap one is the Chocolate Silk line, though I’m not personally a huge fan of smelling like a candy bar.

  3. I think it’s the Emerald Bay Mojo Darkening Sauce. Although it has bronzers I notice results immediately. It is also fairly cheap.

  4. I have my own commercial bed in my home. I have tried IT ALL! I hate the tingle as that is only for salon owners to make you think they are changing their bulbs as often as they should! Same with the bronzers. Think about it who buys the mass quantity of all indoor tanners sold? The tanning salons. So, they can never change their bulbs and here you are tingling away and getting tan but with a bronzer! Sorry, pet peeve of mine! I use the plain old Australian Gold Accelerator until I get a base tan, use Australian Gold Thrust rest of year. Very moisturizing and I don’t tan easily but no one would ever know it! NO product is going to work unless the salon changes their bulbs! Next time ask how many hours are on the bed you are getting ready to use, AND ask to see the counter.

Hoss Sauce is the best lotion brand I’ve found. The fragrance isn’t the best, but it’s better than most. It’s also the only lotion that really works as an accelerator (hot or non-hot work equally well). Many lotions are white in color and do absolutely nothing (like California Tan products).

I’ve also liked Swedish Beauty and John Abate, but the fragrances are horrid. I always end up back at Hoss Sauce. Not many salons want to carry Hoss Sauce, but you can order it all over the Internet. So just order a bottle and try it. The best Hoss Sauce lotions are Ultra Dark (non-hot) and the Outlaw series (hot). There is a Hoss Sauce bronzer, but most of their lotions do not contain any bronzers.

  6. I love Ionyx by Cal Tan. It is a non-bronzing lotion and comes in both an accelerator (Step 1) and a maximizer (step 2). It is as good as CT-7 but for way less money.

Drama Queen,, Bohemia or Spellbound, all by Designer Skin.

  8. X-Power by California Tan. No bad fragrance, and tans a very pretty golden color.

Why is it that some white women don’t want to be black but you tan your skin and get larger lips. Please help me understand.

  10. Emerald Bay Mojo Darkening Sauce

  11. Swedish Beauty

use gopper ton it’s not indoor but it works

  13. Either CT-7 bronzer by Cal Tan or the X line (X-Speed, X-Power) by Cal Tan. I work at a tanning salon and they truly are top of the line all though they’re a bit expensive.

  14. none of them, they spot your skin and they could damage it as well the best thing you could do is to expose yourself to the sun until you get the tan you want and make sure to use a sunburn lotion and sunblock as well, tanning could develop skin cancer…

  15. It alway amazes me that come the summer all white people want to be brown considering their year long reactions to people who are born with the colour they are trying to replicate.
    THINK PEOPLE
PS Maybe before you start the tanning process you should read the statistics on skin cancer.Sorry for being a killjoy

I use fake bake (fake tan) its great bit pricey but worth it and it doesn’t make you orange

DONT USE TANNING BEDS THEY MAKE YOU HAVE WRINKLES AND YOU SKIN LOOKS NASTY AFTER A WHILE.. THERE SO BAD FOR YOU AFTER A YR OF USING THEM I GOT WRINKLES AND IN 19!!

  18. I would use a self tanner. Cancer is not worth it.

As for white women not wanting to be black. It wouldn’t bother me at all to be black.

I think it is mainly because white skin is so stark. We look much like a glow worm. Sorry, but it’s the truth. :-)
